"C3" Neighborhood Watch

Our Neighborhood Watch program, Community Covenant Connection, or simply, "C3", focuses on keeping crime out of our neighborhoods. It relies on the best crime fighting tool ever invented: a good neighbor!

"C3" encourages neighbors to get to know each other and become more aware of our surroundings. We hold monthly gatherings to share safety protocols, to learn how to utilize local resources, and to participate in community bonding activities.

When any member of "C3" detects unusual or suspicious activity on our streets, or in our back alleys, or across our neighbor's yard, the member alerts the body and if necessary, reports it to law enforcement so it can be investigated.

Focus Area

Community Covenant Connection Neighborhood Watch "C3" was founded in the heart of West End Louisville, where the founder of Community Outreach Service, Edward Miller, took up residence, and where many of our early members reside and share community. Our focus area is 32nd to 26th street and Virginia Avenue to Algonquin.

Greenlight Surveillance

Find yourself in a neighborhood lit with green light bulbs on the porches? You'd best go and mess with another neighborhood!

We are Watching! We are Recording your movements. We are Banded Together to deal with every suspicious and criminal activity.
