OUR MISSION:

Setting the Standard for a Safer, Non-violent Community

Vision

The World where Everyone is Taught to Deal with the Violence in the Heart, and Justice and Peace Flow Down as a Mighty Stream.

Justice

All members of Community Outreach Service strive toward a community and world where those who desire more greatly to be of service to humanity are empowered to greater position and influence and those who are only about themselves take a back seat. We do not stand by idle when hateful and selfish people are exercising influence and dominion over others. We move to protect the innocent, make room for the genuine, and cultivate the peaceful potential of every individual and every neighborhood.

Unity

We believe true unity can only be achieved by removing the barriers to mutual understanding and heart-centered cooperation. By bringing  together community leaders that seek the truth and are willing to work hard and fight for justice for all, we can advocate for meaningful change and build the relationships necessary for neighborhoods and communities to flourish, not just economically, but flourish in safety, in partnership, in mutual trust, and yes, in Unity.

Change

Everyone talks about change, but true and genuine leaders can articulate what real change looks like because they have been through it themselves. We must commit to addressing our own internal barriers to being of service honestly and courageously so we can support one another in overcoming them. It's time for a grassroots movement that invites every member of our community to examine what stands in the way of creating a safe and happy community.

Community Initiatives

Safety, health, and happiness require us to band together to confront the problems we all experience.

Neighborhood Watch

Do you feel safe in your neighborhood? Do you and your neighbors look out for one another? Do you have a support system that you can communicate with when you notice something that looks suspicious? Click Here for more information on our Neighborhood Watch program.

Rollback the Rodents

You are not alone! We have all faced problems with rodents in our communities, and we're not talking about the occasional house mouse. Rats, Possums, Groundhogs, and other critters are taking up residence under sheds, digging into basements, gnawing holes in trash cans to gain access to free food, and defying their normal nocturnal patterns to strut across yards on over roofs in broad daylight. Click here to report critters on your block.

Combat the Stink

What is that smell? Did someone open up the sewer again? Why does this keep happening? Sometimes for days and weeks at a time? you can't escape it in your car. It seeps into every room in your house, and it certainly ruins a barbeque or outdoor church event. Makes you regret living in your own zip code. What can be done about the Stink? Click here.
